Two Ways to Work with iloveSourcing
Pro Plan
- We coordinate a new supplier search, comparable quotations and sample communication for the approved product brief.
- After you approve the commercial terms and sample, we coordinate the agreed production follow-up, inspection and shipping steps.
- Quality issues are documented and raised with the supplier. Rework, replacement, credit or other remedies follow the accepted purchase terms and the facts of the case.
- Coordination pricing is reflected in the approved product quotation. Confirm all commercial terms before ordering.
Basic Plan
- You nominate the supplier, and we coordinate the agreed production, receiving and communication steps with that supplier.
- After goods arrive at our warehouse, inspection, handling and shipment coordination are completed according to the accepted scope.
- The coordination fee and any minimum charge are stated in the project quotation, together with the included work.

How do the Pro and Basic plans differ?
Pro includes coordination with suppliers sourced through iloveSourcing. Basic is designed for suppliers you nominate. The accepted quotation defines responsibility for product price, service work and any remedy if an issue occurs.
Can different products use different plans?
Yes. Separate products can use different plans when one supplier is sourced through iloveSourcing and another is nominated by you.
How is the Basic Plan fee calculated?
The Basic Plan coordination fee and any minimum charge are stated in the project quotation. Confirm the calculation, currency and included work before placing the order.
Will I receive the Pro supplier’s contact details?
Supplier identity and factory contact disclosure depend on the sourcing arrangement and accepted commercial terms. An on-site factory review can be quoted when direct evidence is needed.
What inspection and storage are included?
Inspection and storage scope are confirmed for each order. Pro may include an AQL 2.5 sampling inspection where applicable; full-quantity checks, laboratory tests, storage and extra work follow the accepted plan and project quotation.
