iloveSourcing helps buyers organize the work between a product idea and a shipment leaving China. We focus on the practical steps that are difficult to manage from a distance: supplier communication, order follow-up, quality checks, warehouse handling and shipping coordination.
Why iloveSourcing Exists
Product sourcing involves more than finding a factory or comparing a unit price. Specifications need to be understood, samples need to be reviewed, production details need follow-up, and goods may need inspection or consolidation before dispatch.
iloveSourcing was founded in 2017 to give buyers a consistent point of contact for those connected tasks. Our role is to make the process easier to follow, surface open questions and coordinate the next agreed step with the relevant suppliers and service providers.
Meet Lily
Lily Jiang is a co-founder of iloveSourcing. Since the company began in 2017, she has worked with buyers on supplier development, order coordination, quality-control arrangements, warehouse handling and shipping preparation.
Her work begins with the buyer's brief. Product requirements, quantity, customization, destination and timing provide the context needed to discuss practical supplier and delivery options.
How We Work
- Understand the brief. We review your product references, specifications, quantity, target market, customization, destination and required timing.
- Define the scope. We confirm which tasks are needed for the project, such as supplier development, sample coordination, production follow-up, inspection, consolidation or shipping.
- Coordinate the agreed steps. We communicate with the relevant suppliers and service providers, organize available information and raise decisions that need your approval.
- Prepare for dispatch. When required, we coordinate quality checks, warehouse handling, packing details and shipping information before goods leave China.
What We Can Coordinate
Supplier Development
Translate a product brief into supplier enquiries, compare commercial details and coordinate samples for buyer review.
Order Follow-Up
Keep specifications, sample decisions, production questions and agreed milestones visible as an order moves forward.
Quality Inspection
Coordinate checks against an agreed product specification, approved sample, packaging brief or inspection checklist.
Warehouse Handling
Arrange receiving, counting, consolidation, repacking or dispatch preparation when these tasks form part of the confirmed service scope.
Shipping Coordination
Collect shipment details and coordinate available courier, air, sea, rail or door-to-door options with freight providers.
A Clear Scope at Every Step
Each sourcing project has different products, quantities, supplier conditions, destination requirements and risks. Before work begins, the applicable service scope, fees, timing, buyer approvals and third-party costs should be confirmed for that project. Inspection, supplier review and logistics coordination provide useful evidence and support, but their exact coverage depends on the agreed brief and the information available.
