Amazon FBA Preparation in China
Coordinate sourcing, receiving, inspection, labelling, carton preparation and freight before inventory leaves China for the fulfilment facility you designate.

Prepare Inventory Before It Leaves China
- You provide the current preparation rules, product identifiers, labels and destination details that apply to the shipment.
- We receive, count, inspect, prepare and label inventory according to the approved checklist and quoted work scope.
- You review any exceptions and approve dispatch before we hand the prepared cartons to the selected freight provider.
Our FBA Prep Workflow
Receive & Reconcile Inventory
We receive cartons against the information you provide, record the delivered quantity and flag visible discrepancies before prep work begins.
Inspect Against the Approved Checklist
Inspection can be completed against your approved checklist and sample plan. Findings are shared for your decision, and we can communicate requested rework with the supplier.
Prepare Units & Cartons
Units and cartons can be prepared to the instructions supplied for the shipment, including bagging, bundling, protective packing, carton content and visible label placement.
Apply Client-Supplied Labels
Provide the current unit and carton labels in a usable format. We apply them according to your packing guide and can share completion records before dispatch.
Coordinate Delivery to the Designated Facility
Once the shipment plan, carton data and destination are confirmed, we coordinate an available courier, air, sea or rail option with the selected freight provider.
Support for Marketplace-Bound Inventory
Requirement-Led Packing
Marketplace requirements change and can vary by product and destination. We work from the current instructions and labels supplied or approved for your shipment.
Issue Reporting Before Dispatch
If checks find damaged packaging, incorrect labels, shortages or visible product issues, we report them before dispatch so you can choose rework, replacement or acceptance.
Consolidated Prep & Shipping
Receiving goods from several suppliers at one warehouse can make inspection, labelling and carton preparation easier to coordinate before a combined shipment.
