Credit Payment Terms for Qualified Clients
Payment timing affects working capital and production planning. For qualified clients, we may review alternatives to full balance payment before dispatch. Approval is case-specific and must be documented before an order starts.

Deposit & Balance Against Shipping Documents
- A common structure uses a production deposit followed by the balance against agreed shipping documents. The exact percentage and release process are confirmed in the contract.
- Available only for eligible transactions and shipping arrangements
- Payment timing is stated in the accepted quotation or agreement

Open-Account Terms
- Open-account terms may allow an approved importer to pay an agreed balance after shipment or receipt, subject to company verification and credit review.
- Deposit, balance, currency, due date, documents and any security requirements are agreed before production begins.
- Approval is required before the order is confirmed
- The written agreement defines the credit limit and payment period
Terms Based on the Trading Relationship
Adjusted Deposit or Short Credit Period
Open-account terms generally require an established importing company, documented trading history and acceptable credit review. They are not available for every buyer, product or destination.
For an established relationship, a different deposit level or a short post-shipment period may be considered. Order value, history, product risk and documentation all affect the decision.
Payment Planning for Repeat Orders
For repeat orders, we can discuss production deposits, balance milestones and shipment timing as part of the purchasing plan.
No funding or credit arrangement is automatic. Any approved limit, due date, fee, security or late-payment term is stated in a written agreement for the specific client and order.
