Tell us what you want to source, including specifications, quantities and customization ideas. If you have a sample, product link or artwork, include it in your brief so your agent can understand the requirements before approaching potential suppliers and planning the sourcing work.

02 · Review your samples

Your agent coordinates supplier communication and sample arrangements. Use this stage to compare the options and check the product details that matter to you. Agree on the selected sample and any changes before moving ahead with a production order and its associated requirements.

03 · Follow production

After the order is placed, production follow-up and quality control help track progress against the agreed requirements. Keep your agent informed about labels, packaging and other order details so these can be coordinated with the supplier as the goods move through production.

04 · Coordinate shipping

Prepare the final packing and shipment arrangements with your agent. Goods can be coordinated through the China warehouse as required by the order. Confirm the destination and delivery requirements, then review the next logistics steps before your products begin their onward journey.
